We had the pleasure of working with our dear friend Annie Ohman last month on Jodie & Michael’s wedding up at Mt. Vernon Country Club in Golden, CO. We couldn’t resist sharing a few pretty pics from the lovely Shannon Gray, who was so delightful to work with and sweet enough to share her talents with us! Jodie’s color palette of jade and champagne called for something subtle for flowers so we went with a soft look with whites, ivories and blushes, and we were thrilled with the result! And more importantly, so were Jodie and Michael! Jodie’s bouquet was so soft and feminine–it was perfect for her! We designed it with hydrangea, ranunculus, peonies, French dianthus, blush Sahara roses, and blush astilbe. The centerpieces featured the same lush mix of flowers in a sweet wooden box that fit the mountain venue perfectly. Half the tables also featured some of our lanterns. The all-hydrangea piece was part of a trio of white florals that flanked the aisle on our rustic wood pedestals. Although we love color, we have to say this “blush and bashful” color palette really won us over! We wish Jodie & Michael all the best in their new life together!
